The Book Your Assessment form requests your name, email address, contact number, preferred timeslot and your message. The Fitness Blog

If you subscribe to the Fitness Blog you provide us with your name and email address and agree to receive news and notifications from this website. These emails will generally be sent weekly. This information is used for the purposes of delivering the blog news only and is not shared with any third party.
